Your tool entries
Tool entries are held in the memory of the current browser tab. This edition does not send those entries to a server and does not use cookies, localStorage or IndexedDB to save them. Refreshing or closing the tab clears them. Save a JSON file yourself if you want to continue later.
Files and printouts
JSON imports are read locally in the browser. The tool accepts its own versioned format and validates fields. JSON and text exports are downloads to your device; printouts and downloaded files are under your control. Anyone with access to them may read your notes. Avoid entering VINs, contact details or other sensitive information.
Normal web requests
Your browser sends ordinary request information, including an IP address and requested path, to the hosting provider to load the site. The provider may process access or security logs under its own practices. We have not configured third-party analytics, advertising trackers, remote fonts or a newsletter in this edition. We do not claim that infrastructure logs do not exist.

Manufacturer and agency links open external websites governed by their own policies. No tool entries are included in those links. The optional symptom link on our home page contains only a generic symptom category, not personal data.
Choices and inquiries
You can leave fields blank, clear the tool record and delete downloaded files using your device controls. There is no account or central database of tool entries to retrieve. A monitored privacy-request mailbox is not configured in this edition; no contact form collects requests.
